Why is it that Kobe Bryant fans DOESN'T respect stats, honors, awards, & achievements? Beca

Kobe Bryant:

11 NBA Seasons

4 NBA Finals Apperances

0 Rookie of the Year honors

0 Olympic 'Gold' Medals

0 Times he's broken a NBA FINALS Record

0 Times he's scored 40 points in the NBA Finals

Well I think basketball is a team sport, one man cannot completely take the game in his own hands and score all the points.. Kobe has practically no help at all and if they land a good post player then I predict the Lakers get a playoff spot higher than the last two seasons have been. I say go after JO, he even WANTS to be on Kobe's team, if not, maybe Gasol could be a good possibility... The People look at players like MJ who holds these records and name him the greatest basketball player ever:

These are just SOME of the records the world's greatest basketball player ever racked up, he won championship rihg after championship ring as well. But we must come to accept that MJ had help. He wasn't like Kobe who is probably suffering back spasms from carrying his team everywhere. MJ had Scottie Pippen most notably, the Chicago Bulls were a great TEAM. Lakers have a great player, Kobe is a great player and is probably the most prolific scorer since Wilt Chamberlain. All in all, MJ had learned the concept of a team sport long before Kobe will, Kobe is playing on a one man team, nobody can become great all by themselves without help whatsoever. You can say Kobe had Shaq, but Shaq was the great one, not Kobe. Shaq is in the top 10 Lakers to ever play the game in this list.

1. Wilt Chamberlain

2. Magic Johnson

3. Kareem Abdul Jabaar

4. Shaquille Oneal

5. George Mikan

6. Jerry West

7. James Worthy

8. Oscar Robertson

9. Elgin Baylor

10. Since he played with them for a small period of time: Karl Malone, the greatest player to play the game who didn't get the ultimate award, an NBA championship.

All of these players are "greater" than Kobe, Kobe is hoovering at #11. He needs to win one more NBA championship in his prime or he will be considered the 11th best.
